Cool Marine Boy Toys - Coolest Watercraft ever built – Super Inovative boat design – Insane Boat Design – Dolphin Boat
Innespace Productions launches new Shark-style Seabreacher X
Shasta Lake, California, (02/18/10)
Innespace Productions, a watercraft design and fabrication company in Northern California, has just launched their latest and most advanced submersible watercraft: The Seabreacher X. This exciting new version is based on the dolphin inspired Seabreacher J that the company has been selling for the last two years. The X model sports a more aggressive Shark style body as well as upgraded interior treatments. The X model also steps up the performance envelope with a 260hp supercharged engine, propelling the vessel to a top speed of 50mph on the surface and 25mph below.“This is the vessel we’ve always wanted to build” says company co-owner Rob Innes. “The power and agility of this vessel is insane!”
The new shark design grew out of necessity as much as aesthetics; the higher output engine required more air intake than the main snorkel (mounted in the vessel’s dorsal fin) could provide, so they added an additional snorkel in the shark style tail. The new drag-boat style wrap-around canopy was primarily designed to reduce heat build up in the cockpit. This, combined with the gaping jaws, give the whole vessel a far more menacing presence.
The new boat can sustain high speed dives and then breach the surface, launching the entire vessel clear out of the water. The new fully vectored thrust system mimic the tail articulation of real aquatic animals like sharks and dolphins.
Some other high tech features that are incorporated into the two-seat vessel: A snorkel mounted video camera transmits live video to LCD screens for the pilot and passenger during dives, GPS navigation, and on board stereo with iPod docking
Although Innespace vessels start at about $50,000 USD, the limited edition X model goes for a little over $80,000. The company plans to build just 10 of this particular model; two have already been pre-sold.
Dolphin-inspired Submersibles Available for Purchase from Innespace Productions
Shasta Lake, California, (10/10/08)
Innespace Productions, a watercraft design and fabrication company in Northern California, is now offering custom-built Seabreachers for sale. These unique dolphin-inspired submersible watercraft can jump, dive and roll like real dolphins, with cruising speeds of 40 mph and underwater speeds of 20mph—all within the safety and security of a dry, sealed cockpit. “Its the most fun I’ve had in the water, ever,” said Dave Mordal, host of Wreckreation Nation on Discovery. Innespace says that these new recreational two-seaters are designed to be easy to drive and maintain for their customers worldwide. “After over ten years of prototyping, we have really developed a design that is very intuitive to drive, safe, and easy to service” said company co-owner and designer Rob Innes. “We want our customers, many of whom live overseas, to feel comfortable purchasing our vessels.” An international media sensation, these unusual watercraft have been featured on countless television programs, with upcoming features on the Travel Channel and Discovery. You might have also seen them in Austin Powers Goldmember, Monster Garage, The Today Show, or as one of Time magazine’s “Best Inventions of 2006.” “If you own one, you’re gonna get noticed,” said Dan Piazza, co-owner of Innespace. In addition to individual sales, Innespace also offers demonstrations and sponsorship opportunities for companies looking for that extra attention. Vessel prices start at $48,000 USD, with an extensive list of options including underwater viewports, tinted canopy, custom upholstery, and electronics packages.

Seabreacher X – The most extreme version of all
The Seabreacher X is the latest and most advanced submersible watercraft that we have built to date: This exciting new version is based on the dolphi- inspired Seabreacher J, but it has a more aggressive Shark-style body. The X model also steps up the performance envelope with a 260hp supercharged engine, propelling the vessel to a top speed of 50mph on the surface and 25mph below.
The Seabreacher X can sustain high speed dives and then breach the surface, launching the entire vessel clear out of the water. The new fully vectored thrust system mimic the tail articulation of real aquatic animals like sharks and dolphins. The custom tuned exhaust system also gives the vessel a more throaty growl as it tears across the surface.
Some other high tech features: a snorkel mounted video camera transmits live video to LCD screens for the pilot and passenger during dives, GPS navigation, and on board stereo system with iPod docking.
The Seabreacher X is a limited edition model and Innespace will only be producting a total of 10 of these vessels.

Seabreacher J
The Seabreacher J was designed and engineered exclusively for the recreational boating market. This model incorporates a jet drive for increased safety and better surface performance. The J model is approved for recreational use by the US Coastguard and is able to be registered as a conventional powerboat in most countries. It is powered by a Rotax engine which is available in 155hp or 215hp supercharged variants. The engine and jet drive can be easily maintained at any personal watercraft dealership, making it a very basic watercraft to own and operate. The Seabreacher J combines the thrill of flying a submersible watercraft with the practicality and dependability of a conventional personal watercraft. The J model can be custom built with a host of available options that can personalize your Seabreacher to your desires. Innespace has delivered custom-built Seabreacher J watercraft to satisfied customers from several different countries throughout the world.
Seabreacher ARL
The Seabreacher ARL (Aquabatic Racing League) was purpose built for a submersible watercraft race series. Innespace is recruiting teams to help build and race their own Seabreachers at special racing events to be held throughout the US. The current Seabreacher ARL is powered by a 240hp super-charged Atkins Marine rotary engine. It can achieve speeds of up to 45mph on the surface and 20mph while submerged. Owners of Seabreacher ARL’s are encouraged to participate in the design and modification of their Seabreacher in order to advance the technology of this evolving sport. NOTE: This version does not meet US Coastguard regulations for recreational boating standards and was built for competition use only.
Dolphin
The Dolphin (a.k.a. Sweet Virgin Angel) was the first enclosed submersible watercraft designed and built by Innespace. The Dolphin has been a research and development platform for many of the engineering concepts that have been incorporated into the new Seabreacher. The Innespace Dolphin has performed demonstrations at boat shows and media events throughout the world for the last ten years. The Dolphin continues to perform live demonstrations and can be leased for commercial promotions. Innespace currently has no plans to develop this vessel for public sale.
