With the grace of GOD ALMIGHTY
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:
a. that the waters under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone and the high seas under international regulations, containing the fish resources and fish cultivation potential of land, was a blessing from God Almighty that mandated by the Indonesian people who have Life philosophy of Pancasila and the Constitution of 1945, to be used as possible for the welfare and prosperity of the people of Indonesia; (more…)
